The BROKER OWNER “BO” COLLECTIVE is a new concept in the real estate industry, and to my knowledge revolutionary…the first of its kind. Launching in the Fall of 2023, the idea behind its creation is to create an opportunity for individual broker-owners, not associated with a franchise, to come together to share and collaborate with other broker-owners like themselves. Together we will talk about market trends, and growth ideas for our individual businesses, and share in networking events. This new BO COLLECTIVE supports and celebrates the entrepreneurial desire for autonomy in each of our real estate businesses, by providing the opportunity to be around others doing the same, so that one is not isolated on their growth journey.
Although I will take the lead in forming, it is designed to be group discussion, with members participating in leading conversation, education, and planning events.
